Wilt Wire & Fabrication is a subsidiary of Wilt Works, LLC.  The facility is located in northwest Iowa, on Hwy 20 in Sac City.  WWF is managed by Dave Wilt, who’s qualifications include extensive experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering:  specializing in process & product development and implementation, problem solving, and project management.

Wilt Wire & Fabrication also partners with other local fabricators to provide a full spectrum of knowledge and technology.  This allows us to offer clients the most cost-effective fabrication processes to achieve the desired product.

Wire EDM equipment offers efficiencies in custom manufacturing that are difficult and sometimes impossible to achieve with other equipment.  It can hold tight tolerances, produce excellent finishes, and the precision can be repeated piece after piece as it is computer controlled.  For our customers, Wire EDM technology means product consistency, faster turnaround and an increase to their bottom-line.

In addition to Wire EDM technology, WWF also uses AutoCAD, Mastercam and CNC machining to achieve precision and product consistency.
